Feet come from local Florida markets that would otherwise throw them out. Nothing raised or killed for a pipe.

Cure
Cleaned, preserved, and tanned like leather until the scales set and the talons harden. Weeks, not hours.

Fit
A real corncob bowl is joined to the ankle. Food-grade stem seated and sealed.

Finish
Sanded, sealed, tested. Signed and numbered, no two alike. Bagged in branded burlap. Then it ships or hits the market tent.
